Built at Forbes of Sandhaven 1965 for John Alec (Buck) Buchan .. aka "Fingers!". Very progressive and successful fisherman. Originally off-white topsides. began life as a seine netter, but quickly settled down to trawl. Mainly pelagic pair-trawling. A beefy boat in her day. Sold on to the late Kevin McHugh of Ireland who was legendary in pushing pelagic trawling into the super-trawler era. From this vessel to Atlantic Dawn!!
