more Carradale boats

I have just discovered that the photos were by John McIntosh and that they will be screened at this weekend's presentation of 'Seeker Reaper' during Dunure Harbour Bi-Centenial celebrations.Sorry for the confusion over who took them.

2 Fairlie boats on the inside, Green one 2nd out Harvest Queen, inside one? Possibly Golden Venture? Thought guys

Great set of pictures these, bring back some great memories of busier Harbours and wonderful sounds

    Cheers
    Bob
LP will be hunting you down Ronnie for copies of these
You don't think he is that slow WBeedie, LP has the full set! The inside boat is Fred Brownie's Silver Cloud, previously the BA Marie (Black Marie) and built as the Mairi Elspeth. I think she ended her days in Stornoway as the Boy Neil. Sixpence pieces were varnished into her stem and stern post.
Dunard have another look at the inside boat.
