Sure I saw this one in Stranraer a long time ago,was called Carstiona, a 46'0 Watson built 1939 as RNLB Mabel Marion Thompson and stationed at Rosslare 39-52;Galway Bay 52-68;Arranmore 68-69 and Relief 69-74.Under restoration at Kinvarra in 06 (thanks to LBES Handbook)

the configuration of her steering box at the aft end looks more like a 51' Barnett, Stromness class to me rather than a 46' Watson.
Q is right of course, this is definitely the ex City of Bradford II.
