    Do you know why they were abandoned ?

    think the 1 at top was flung off in gale dont no if tat true thou things folk will do if u dont land 2 them lol
    I thought that the Krysker was moved away from the pier and the rest of the fleet and run ashore to her final resting place by the Tarbert men, as she was crawling with 'long tails'.

    Heard she broke adrift in a gale and finished up there hersel with no help needed.
    could not possibly comment on other events
    I didn't expect anyone to put their hand up to throwing the ropes off, or attaching the new headrope!

    Anyway the alledged culprits are long deid Dunard, so there no one worrying about it now..... denied it was anything to do with them, with straight faces by the way
    Aye John, the right old style. Was it Billy Edwards who forgot where he left her in the first place?

    Don't remember who had her Dunard, she was towed in with engine bother, engine was lifted out, Scania, then next thing a writ put on her mast, Scania was mentioned at time, but next time she moved was to where she is now !!!
