    If only the money had been spent there first but now the Council's purse is empty - probably take an accident to happen before anything is done. For the moment they are just patching up as things drop off  :uglystupid2:

    seems to be a common complaint nowadays,, NO MONEY.....
    i keep waiting on some well off country taking pity on us and bailing us out , like we seem to do to the rest of the world
    but it doesn,t happen,,
