Robert Scott BCK 331

Built Irvins 1949 as Fruitful Vine PD419, rigged for ring-net, drift net, and seine net. Ring net wasn't a success for this vessel. Became Bunillidh Braes WK, then Robert Scott BCK. Latterly fished scallops under Billy Caley IOM as Boy Ken.
Don' know if there were any more names on her??
    did fish out of amble
Did she not end up in Amlwch at the lines/nets??

    LASS O’DOUNE BF118. CONCORDE BF118. 1981. POSEIDON BCK267. 1984 POLAR STAR BCK267. 1985. POLAR STAR AH 24. 1987 POLAR STAR N224 1995
Any one know who had her at the ringnet?:smitten:
Manx venture the Boy Ken thats in Peel was built by Forbes Peterhead for CN called the MAUREEN...CN? sold to Portavogie 1954/5? John Cully called her the BOY KEN...
An uncle of mine Andrew Stephen, skippered her after the ring net episode, which I was told was a disaster. He mostly fished the seine net. The owners were Stephens and Ritchies of Peterhead. Original skipper was Charles (Chalkie) Stephen. It was Irvin who built her in 1949.
