lookin back,think we were taken for mugs,,,the 12,,then the 21, didn,t do anything different or better,really.
still had to set it up in the correct lanes in harbour before you sailed.
wasn,t until gps. etc that the machines set themselves up automatically....
correction there was one difference, it cost a few pound more ,for the new models,,

a great piece of equipment for getting the blame when the gear came up in bits "the decca was oot " !!!

easy now, i never wore cordurouy from an early age
somebody must be really attached to it looks like its on the sideboard or the mantlepiece
don't forget the lockers all full of cabinets stuffed full of valves when we threw this out for the 21
they left the boxes in for 6 months sure the waterline lifted 2" when we striped them out

Say what you like lads but when the Decca came on the scene first it was the bizz,all the wee bookies with readings scribbled all over the place,nowadays it's all slipped into a cd folder.
