Ally, great picture .. motor giving way to sail .. women carrying boxes (maybe some haddock to smoke .. Mmmmm) .. a few well dressed guys around (fish buyers ??) .. possibly a fish-sale in the background .. 3 x 5gallon cans o' paraffin alongside the pier (fuel obviously not the big issue as it is today). Anyone see a car or a satellite dish? No? That'll keep the expenses down!!!
