In Memory Of Alan Gair

In Memory Of Alan Gair

A drawing of his Boat "Aquarius"  by John Baird was presented to Alan Gair's family in a tribute to a life cut short.
All members again extend their deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Alan Gair
On the left is David (Alan's Brother) and on the right is Geoff Sanderson (Ambleman), who presented the drawing on behalf of John Baird and everyone that is involved in and around the fishing industry

A real priviledge to do the hand over. Thank you to all involved.
It was a priveledge for me to do this Drawing in memory of Alan . Thanks to all at the site  for handing it over ,

fitting tribute, well done to all involved, i know i am biased having owned her sistership but it was my favourite of john's drawings seeing as i've been making several futile attempts to do one of my own, the Aquarius is the real life version of what i had hoped to do to my own boat if circumstances had been otherwise, my previous jealousy of how beautiful she looked are now a daily reminder of how lucky i am, my thoughts are with the family, crew and friends, especially this week as we remember those we have lost locally.
