    If the rent of a store in their neck of the woods is anything like the cost of the ones down on the South pier here(think £ horrendous,double it,then add 20 and ye're getting close)maybe that's why he's got them all hanging up...a floating store!...maybe they started off small and green and they've ripened in the sun?? :coolsmiley:

    looks like it could be pier railings, no a boat at all.
    theyre tied on to securely  for use on a boat..
