Was down yesterday(and typical,I didnae have my camera handy)...all that's left of her now is lying on the pier...a pile of wood and the remains of an engine...sad end for a once bonny vessel. The lad that owned her just took on more than he could cope with unfortunately, pity, but there ye go.
Talked to the guy the other day she got wrecked in the gales over the last few months when she fell over and her leg broken more ribs and opened her up that was the end of her. She was broken up about a week ago, he's now got Amaranth awaiting her getting lifted out the water at Kerrera.

I hope he has more luck this time Alan, all credit to the lad he certainly did try hard to get her sorted up,but to be perfectly honest I'm surprised she lasted as long where she was "parked"...I know he didn't have many options open, but the back of the North pier is a fair weather berth,no somewhere you would want to leave a boat on a Winter night with a hooley out the West or South West.Says a lot for her builder that she took the punishment she did and never broke up of her own accord long before the JCB got to her.
