Foundered 30th March 1954, with the loss of 10 men. SE storm. App 200mls E of Peterhead. Wreckage found after the storm included a section of the wooden wheelhouse with boat's name. Steel caissons became the norm after this disaster. I had an uncle aboard her .. Billy Buchan 29, leaving wife Nellie 23, and daughter May, 3 months old. The sea has taken an awful toll!
