Fruitful Bough PD417, built at Forbes' PD. Away ahead of her time with over 400hp when 152 Gardners were the order of the day. Big hydraulic winch. Fished drift net, great-lines and some trawling. She also boasted a large messdeck behind the wheelhouse. Some boats didn't even have a sink in the galley then!! Sk Peter Forman, although a very successful skipper, stepped back from the big boats, and worked a small inshore boat. A very nice, quiet Christian man.
