I last seen her lying in Ros an Mhil (Rossaveal) Co Galway, that was 2 years ago ..............................John
Jackie is still alive and in a nursing home in Stornoway and this isn't the Annandale he took to Stornoway. His boat didn't have the shelter when he bought her!
this isn`t the annandale that`s in ros a mhil
Jim Jack's Silver Quest .. got her in late 60s. Can't remember original name. Did some whitefish and scalloping, but mainly herring pair trawl with Silver Harvest and Honeybourne. New caisson fitted in PD early-mid 70s. Old Blackstone replaced with Kelvin. Was also Seaward Quest under Francis Wiseman .. paired with Coronata.
Work going on with new pier where Denholm (Alexander Buchan) factory was built.
