RNLB Osier 17-34

RNLB Osier 17-34 seen here on exercises within the Port of Tyne (North east England) on 15th June 2008. Photographed from Western Quay, North Shields.

She is a relief Lifeboat, i.e. used to cover lifeboats that are out of commission but I suspect she is on lay by on the Tyne for the moment.
