    By the time I reached the "summit" the auld ticker was needin' some oil in the governor tae slow it doon,thought it was gaun tae be call a chopper in for a medivac..I've been ower long ashore and no workin'..got oot o' condition lol Steep climb but a braw view fae the top though.

    the doctor told ma granny to try and walk a couple o mile each day when she retired, last we heard she was just outside birmingham  O0
