Googled this one Steve,wondered how they got on boats as pontoons aren't connected to shore then spotted rows of dinghies on quay.

Don't think there is anywhere in the UK that doesn't have some toe rag who cannot keep their grubby mits off other peoples property - perhaps Sharia Law does have its good points - start of with a finger then progress to hands
