i would reckon with the radar and trawl winches there that its late 60s early 70s ,and the boats have been prawning when not at the ring net which was possibly dying out a bit ,thats why the derricks are set from forward for lifting the prawn cod-end aboard, then easy enough to slacken it back to there for ringing,

That brailer rig was on Cathrine Anne when she arrived new from Weatherheads early 70's, did'nt last long as they rigged convential soon after, bag of brailer was going too far forad as I remember
