Aye,been there,done that PJ..Only got a hundred yards along the first reach out of Crinan with the old Storjen and she was ar*e up in the air and stuck fast...urgent request for more water! Finished up with ropes ashore to the trees and winching her astern back to the lock while a 60" Kelvin wuffler was churning up the sh*te!..what a bloody performance yon was..some awfae bad words were uttered that day..maist of them coming fae the wheelhoose lol.Moral of the story..when the canal's short o' water and ye're drawin' mair than ten feet...gaun roond the Mull :idiot2:
