The varnished boat is the Berneray, light house tender. dont know where she is now, but a lovely boat. 44hp Kelvin.
is that ferry the Pentalina B  ?
Was called the Iona at that time anyway, not sure what she is called now, but must be getting on a bit.
was re named pentalina b after being bought by pentland ferries , it was sold this year , went to the med i think ?

The Boy David had three different owners on Barra, then last owner from Vatersay, Father of Eoin, who had the WK reg Serene, and now the Marlena from Orkney. Halmatic 29.
Pentelina B was sold to the Cape Verde Islands of West Africa. Was Detained in France untill she had some repairs carried out after bieng towed in,according to the Telegraph(nautiluss).Ther is a dead ringer to the Berneray at anchor outside the Lifeboat College in Poole called the Tapper this September.
    Thanks   M I C   couldn't remember where it went   :idiot2:
