John F. Kennedy - Sarah JFK

Former Lifeboat, John F Kennedy, now known as the Angling Charter Boat JFK Sarah inbound to the Port of Tyne, North East England with a party of customers, 18th August 2010. Photographed from Western Quay, North Shields.


This is the ex Royal National Lifeboat Institution vessel John F. Kennedy (Waverney Class) which had been based in Dun Laoghaire (Southern Ireland). Now owned by Allan Skinner and used for angling charters going out to a distance of 60 miles from the coast - renamed as Sarah JFK.
