Barge Fingal of Caledonia Fingal of Caledonia is a 1930’s Belgian ‘Spitz’ Barge 128 feet long with a beam of 16 feet. She worked carrying cargo on the European canals
and rivers but was brought over to England and then Scotland to be converted for cruising in comfort. She was bought by Martin Balcombe and Don Hind and converted in 1995 at Don's boatyard at Corpach,
Fort William. 6 comfortable centrally heated 2-bunk cabins for a total of 12 guests.
