Has been lying ashore in Little Horseshoe Bay on Kerrera for a good few years now..sad end for a once bonny boat.

    She was stripped out at the North pier of anything that could move and was worth moving then towed down to where she is now and just left,as you say what a sad end.Think she was built as a wartime MFV but I cannae for the life of me remember what reg. she had on her at the finish though,maybe somebody can fill that gap in.
    BF 164 when she was at Whitehills Ronnie.
    A fellow fae Thurso had her when she went ashore roond at y Ally
    jay macay and robert scott aboard when she ran aground mull shore 40 winks
    eric towed her off, did a fair bit damage comin off ,not intentional,
    tried tae work 24/24 but zzzssss caught up in the end as usually happens,,

    jay mackay was skipper when she ran aground. jay was trying to burn the candle at both ends at the time. :cheers:  O0.her reg number was wk12 at the time.think they broke her keel when the pulled her off at that was the end of her.there was also a boy called sandy bain(my uncle) aboard her the nite she went ashore.
    Was on this one out of burghead with  old mac from lybster. when she was wk  was a good old boat . sad end
