Campbeltown harbour

Stella Maris III with the Aquila alongside. The Acorn stemming the quay and the Mary MacLean with the tarpaulin around the wheelhouse inside the yachts. Boy David ahead of the Mary MacLean, but will need Quiet Waters to identify the wee boat behind the Acorn. (Possibly the Sardonyx)
    maybe boy david
The Boy David is ahead of the Mary MacLean, in amongst the yachts. There is another boat visible on the port side of the Acorn, alongside the quay.

before my time, could this have been when the acorn had the whaleback removed ? i recall her lying like that getting it taken off using a forklift or a digger, i was still in school but could have been may/june 76, even then i had the job to paint the name and numbers (paid by the letter or number CN 110, £2.50 X 4) and varnish the wheelhouse, the boat up ahead of matt could be lawrence but could also be the speedwell, i've really no idea, i barely remember my name these days and was never that observant to start with.
The wee boat has fairly high rails, that's why I thought it was the Sardonyx rather than the Speedwell.
