Each plank glued and pinned, twice on extreme curves, where frame curvature was extreme or where planks are butt-jointed. Each plank is also glued to it's neighbour using "Loctite Wood Bond Rapid" pva type glue. For smoothness and continuity of curvature I also clamp the adjoining planks for approx half an hour squeezing as many clamps as possible between the frames. This adhesive has a fairly quick curing time allowing work to progress continually. This process usually takes about 45mins per plank per side. Always work planks on both sides alternatively, so avoiding warping and distortion.
