Unknown coble at Alnmouth
This coble was called the normas boy when she was at alnmouth, she was used for pleasure by two miners from ashington.
As far as i know she was built for newbiggin for the salt family and called the guiding light.
She left alnmouth on a low loader and went to sunderland to be done up, she was in a bit of a state by the time she left she had lain on the banks for a few years

Bonny looking coble but a good age I fancy, she has the wooden thowle pins in the gunnel for the oars.
I remember my Dad's coble Enterprise WY.47 having them and she was built in 1947

On first glimpse it appears she has a very 'modern' wheelhouse
