Silver Star - FR821

Silver Star - FR821 seen here alongside North Shields Fishquay (North East England) on 4th March 2008.

Appears to me that she is a former Norwegian Trawler, there is a number embossed on her bow which look like R-328. Does anyone know anything about her origins - I've established she was built by AAJ Mek Verksted?

She is now registered in Fraserburgh (Scotland) and measures 18.21 metres in length and has a registered tonnage of 128 tons,.Norwegian built in 1990.
