Docket

It would be a poor week to the brightlighters but it was a good 4 days to us scratchers, always kept it to see if we could ever beat it but its not looking likely any time soon.

So how do the prices compare with todays - 11 years, still the same, or less?

    Regards

2 year ago Steve this would have probably made about 20 thou but now it would be about the same gross as then.
So that's the 'argument' that its 2010 prices for the things you buy to operate your business but 1999 prices for what you receive for your catch - wonder if there is any other industries caught in this 'vacuum' ?

Its not 1999 prices we are getting the now Steve i have been at sea since 1984 and we were getting the same prices then as now.
thats a good shot jek where u get them hillies o the bottom the bank
Aye, time warp right enough Bob - I was going to say that agriculture is in the same boat but they get EU subsidies

The prices I see in the shops obviously demonstrate that the profit isn't at your end of the chain! - it's all the bottom feeders on the way to the counter!
