North Shields Buoys - new 'art work' at North Shields Fishquay, North East England.

Not sure how this can be considered to be art, looks like a few former buoys dumped on a plinth - bet it cost the Council a fortune, could have been better spent in clearing the snow!

    It was always dark in the Jungle and to much ale so they did not look to bad
