Is this the same boat that (Hutch) used to skipper in the 80s,we used to see him in the deep water now and again.I think he was aboard with Charlie Horn on the Golden Years at one time.
yes thats correct sylvestor hutch bought her from tarbert eighties .she did a lot of work in deep water from when she was built south deep north deep carradale deep u name it manys a time ur old ship passed her when the hake fever was on happy days.
Last time i saw her she was black painted and looking tired,when you see the pictures on here of her in her prime i think you would be hard pushed to see a better looking boat of her size and era.
I think thats Victor Jackson not Jockus thats between Nicol and the Old Fla. Would Jockus not have been wi Willie Tar by that stage?
