lupin ex amrum

lupin ex amrum

here's a long shot, wonder if any one recognises this un or has any history

another old fifie, 40' believed to be lupin and/or amrum

40' footer, 1928 ish gardner 6lxb in her.  Thats about all I know

I need another rotten boat like a hole in the head, but she's up for grabs cheap, and is actually in a lot better state than the Panser and I might even fit her in the garden to work on!

There was a Lupin in Whitehills many years ago this boat is possibly her
    possibly http://www.wkboats.co.uk/node/256  ??

    WK99  then BF406 ??
Hi Mark, Im sure I seen this one in Falmouth, rigged as a netter, and very well kept, about 20 years ago, we had see her for sale a while before that, but were impressed by its condition when seen. Not sure where in between times, but some one from SW could fill in a few blanks if its the same boat.
cheers donald, is in pretty fine fettle, not much rot.  off to have another look next week

that plotter's on its way up there by the way!
The Lupin WK99 bought to Keiss in 1935 was originally the Breadwinner INS322 built in Sandhaven in 1928 16.3 Tonns and just under 40ft She was sold to Moville Ireland in 1938 if that info helps
