Classic ringer

Classic ringer

It's been said many times before,so forgive me for repeating it,but there's nothing to beat a bonny well built ringer, and here's one from the early 50s.Ye can still see the classic lines even yet..aye,there were a wheen o' big loads came oot o' this yin in her day,she was gey sair wrocht.

bit off with the date though! '56 model, glasgow built.  My nan's was a bit heavy on the fuel though, she'd get through 20 fags an hour with a full load

a bit cantankerous to get the driver started, allways moaning , if there was a full lift to be done you'd best out of the way . . . .
I wouldn't trust that thing, seeing as it's built by the same company that supplied Willey Coyote with dynamite. And looked what happened to him!!!

why did the `scots`all of a sudden suddenly stop refering to themselves as `scotch`.in most of the old literature from scotland i`ve read they always refered to themselves as `scotch`-and why so touchy? even in parahandy they are scotch men.
