Yes James it was efter captain Kev took me and Al up too elgin,got a taxi back to BCK at 03:00,Al shook i pan and made a stew,Gary the village people had a bowl as weel,he enjoyed it till he found oot fit it wiz the next day. We were along side him twa days later,he thought it was chops he wiz eatin!!!! I would try some again ony y.
My mum cooked hundreds of em when I was a boy, she made brawn(meat and fat spread) used to pressure cook em take all the meat off the bones back in the stock and let cool till solid. Made either in small pots or large bowl . Used to supply lots of local shops , couldent make enough. Me and my dad used to go to a shop down the road on a Saturday and buy pigs trotters wrapped in newspaper, bring em home and eat em for saturday tea. Non of you mamby pamby sell by dates and calorie chart on side propper food. Shame about all the heart attacks but feck you cant win em all.
Doesnt sound too bad put like that ^ alot better than a the shite thats in cheap burgers and sasidges anyway.
