buisy harbour
launch out and jeniska
bow of the shalona
A pair o Millers.
The boat at the top right looks like the one that the two old lads in their 70s(Alec and Robbie Hughes) had.Quiet Waters was her name I think.
the wee fibreglass one is the FISHER LASSIE davy stewart sk. he had a wee broch ripper yole rigged for the prawns before this one. yes ronnie thats the QUIET WATERS stern and wheelhouse..
That wee wan o Davy's was the White surf.
Note the coal bunker on the Launch Out when ah left here in the late 90's she still had a coal stove for cooking on and a coal stove in the cabin . Great in the winter but a bugger on a hot summers day .

forgot aboot WHITE SURF senior moment,,
uncle davy wis some guy,
when he had the FISHER LASSIE he would come in with jump water in a se, swell before the tide got in enough to come over the skellys on the outside of the channel, before the new breakwater was built,,
looked hairy with a sea breaking towards him but the wave spent on the skelly before reaching him,,
not for the fainthearted....
