Another LP Record
We were never lucky enough to get nine lifts of green,but I can well remember the adrenaline rush that I got at Ardalanish with the Old Man back in the early 70s when we got three and a wee bit(nearly seventy boxes off the deck).To see the net on the surface as the sweeps were just starting to come in was a great sight...yon must have been the one and only time in ten years aboard with the old bugger that we never had a rammy...smiles all round that day 
the skipper sent up a monk tail to me last week that was as big as my thigh and these days theres a lot of eating in one of my thighs, keep a femily oh teenkers goin for a winter!!! diced, sliced, bagged and in the freezer to be enjoyed at my leezure
