Quite a bit has done over the past few days

Daughter has painted up nameboards complete with Noble Thistle

Registration numbers have also been prepared, again tapping her expertise, this time using a computer The numbers aren't applied yet but are exactly as per the original style used by Noble when the boat was new

Made the centreline beam (oak) and end brackets (aluminium) for the main hatch and all hatchboards (pine) cut to size but not finished yet

Have constructed the basic carcass of the wheelhouse ... used 1.5mm ply for skinning and inner lining, and pine zipped through my trusty wee bandsaw for framing. Will most likely overlay with faux feather & groove hardwood or pitchpine since both are to hand
