she is subject to a court case, but i canna see her EVER gettin back into the water, u can see daylight through her planks, & theres a load ov rot on her...............SHE'S FU**ED.

She'll be rotted away, before anyone get's to court, lawyers will ensure that, the biggest lot of timewasters on the face of the Earth, and they are madly overpaid.(the longer it goes the more they get paid)
A great shame. She looks to have a lovely shape.

Yes a shame that she is lying there doing nowt - do you reckon she is past the point of restoration?
