Great photo. I recognise Duncan, no probs. Hasn't changed at all.
Can remember them lying in Rothesay at one point during that trial,think they were waiting for a break in the weather to go and try the Ballantrae Bank,but if memory serves they didn't get there.
i can remember reading about this just before i started at the sea ronnie wasnt many boats left at that time that could have tried it
I could've sworn this was while I was still with the Co-Op, which would have been prior to 1990
18th march 1990, oor davi's thirtieth birthday and i was wondering why i have no recollection of this but its three weeks after our father died and we were a bit pre-occupied trying to get a start with the new boat.
