could be SD 38 if boat was steaming other way..

She was'nt that small, about 30ft. bj.

If I'm right this boat belonged to ken conlin in late 90s it was set on fire and moorings were cut the hull remains are on the river bank behind the stadium of light??? Anyone know if this is the same boat I'm thinking of???
aye mick she was set on fire up the river, i remember her working out of the north dock in the 80s, canny bit boat in her time......................... 
Strange one this - as you will be aware there is no BE registration letters for the UK Fishing Fleet. Actually the number looks like 8E02 to me?
Name is messed up but it looks something like Rachel Katarina - does that ring any bells?
