    anyone got a photo when the upper clyde boats went upto Glasgow.
    I skived off school for that.
    Mind going round the pubs rounding up crews so we could get back down the river.
    The big concern was that we would block teh shit boats against their peir if I mind right.

    I hope it was better than the Oban yin...blocked in an NLB ship that wasnae even gaun oot that day..feckin' marvelous!!...the only good thing I could say about yon bloo*y fiasco(personally speaking)was the fact that it only wasted one day of my life,it could have been much worse...it might have lasted for a month O0

    anyone got any pics of the blockade at lossie at the same time? Or any of the march at edinburgh? I was carryin the banner that said 'down with CFP' or somethin like that. Quote from Catman

    did they blockade tarbert before or after the oban blockade, ?cos most or all the tarbert boats was at the oban blockade..

    aye yr. its a good job the dti. manny wisny gaun aboot that day when the KYRENE took the skippers into the slip to go to the MEETING to blockade the harbour, think youve forgot they blockaded the north /south entrances too ,kept macbraynes in and oot for an hour or so,,,,
    still a waste of time in the end,

    jist checked the oban blockade was on monday the 31st. of may 1993..
