    your spot on there steve, mp's fiddiling there expenses is fraud but i would say worse as they are taking public money in reality

    BUILD FLOATING JAILS STEVE, ANCHOR THEM ABOUT TWENTY MILE OFF AND MAKE THE B***ARDS CATCH THEIR FOOD, THOUGH ENFORCING A QUOTA,ie, ONE FISH A DAY PER MP.
