We have all come across them in the course of our daily work both ashore and afloat and they come in various shapes, sizes and types....Total Puller,Absolute Puller,and the top of the range model the Complete and Utter Puller are the ones I'm most familiar with,although there may be other versions that I don't know about.
THAT LOOKS LIKE THE COMMON THREE LEGGED PULLER RONNIE !!!!

Master tugger I think it was YR, think that is the highest ranking puller/tugger
that be a good job 4 baits he could be the master
Is this a right or left handed version, I'm told you can get in a right mess if you use the wrong hand
