    This is the kind of boat that should have been used to bring the next skippers through,the gov have payed for them why not put them to good use.

    If they spent a few million buying whiting quota from the French these boats in the NE of England could make a decent living in the summer then they wouldnt be so angry bout the Scots and NI boats homing in on a few prawns in the winter.
