Not long to go now

    Hi Paul

Sad sight - any idea where she is going for scrapping?

One's on the Tyne and Blyth seem to be going to Sleekburn with a few to Dunston.  :woodenspoon:

South Docks at Sunderland Steve, lifted out friday and flattened monday
come up a bit with the gear off her, paul. :woodenspoon:
The gantry nearly pulled Kevins Akkerman over with the weight when it swang away from the boat and took charge lol
I suppose the box of rocks is the stern mooring. Nice Touch. O0
Thats a skip of coal MARRAAAAAAAA worth a tenner of anyones money  O0
Jeez, and I used to put coal in as a young'un, for a tanner (NOT Tenner) a 30 cwt load. Those were the days free coal for the miners, always got half a bag to take home as well. we didn't have much money but knew how to earn it. Knitting pot covers , collecting rose boughs up at Penshaw and Coxgreen, and knocking bottoms up for pots, and putting coal in.
Bloody luxury if you told kids today, they wouldn't believe you. O0 O0
didn't need any of these   O0
Aye and try and get today's youngsters to do that - no chance  O0
