This is one of two dredgers employed by the Port of Tees Authority to keep the river clear.

A trailing suction hopper dredger which was built by IHC Holland ( Amsterdam ).  Hopper capacity:  1.500   m3  and  Dredging depth:  29,0   m .1739 dwt.
